Prepaid Services Labor Contract
Definitions of the Support Levels are:
- SENIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER: Services rendered by senior network
engineers to include:
- NT/Novell/Unix server and workstation troubleshooting
- Network design and troubleshooting
- Router installation and maintenance
- Email server configuration and troubleshooting
- Telephone technical support of foregoing
- SYSTEM ENGINERR: Services rendered by system
engineers to include:
- Server ad workstation email configuration
- Server and workstation hardware installation and configuration
- Server and workstation hardware/software troubleshooting
- Telephone technical support of foregoing
- TECHNICAL SERVICES: Services rendered by technicians to include:
- Loading workstation software
- Bench work on (Customer) computers not requiring experienced troubleshooting skills
- Basic setup of workstation hardware at customer's site by technician
- TRIP TIME: Flat Rate Travel Charge: Refer to rate sheet
- When Applicable: Per Diem Rate: $35.00/Day for meals

Mutual Understanding of
FyiSystems and (Customer).

FyiSystems will repaid and service computers and
networks at the company office.

FyiSystems will provide phone support upon
request

FyiSystems will act as vendor of software and
hardware requirements.

Upon request FyiSystems will prepare quotes and
proposals for software, hardware and training.
Note: In some instances, prior to the commencement of
work, an engineering proposal may be necessary. The time to
engineer and complete proposal will be billed at Senior
Engineering rates.

Hardware, software and training will be bulled
separately from prepaid services. All FyiSystems will be net due
and payable within 30 days. All unpaid invoices will incur a
1.5% late charge after 45 days from receipt of invoice.

FyiSystems agrees to confidentially and
non-disclosure of all details concerning operations and
information systems.
